Pets
Pets are family here. In our household, we don't like getting on the scale, so we won't make you pup do it either. Also, in our family, pet ownership is a two-way street. You pick up after them and we provide you treats in return. Simply walk Fido into the office and we'd be delighted to reward him for a job well done.

Tower 737 Condominium Rentals participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.
We partner with an innovative company called PooPrints which has effectively reduced and even eliminated un-scooped dog waste around the community, keeping our pets and residents happier and healthier.
Pet Rent: $25-$70/month, per pet (fixed)
Pet Deposit: $500 per pet (fixed & refundable)
